Grass Roots Training Therapeutic Scheme

We are able to give adults with learning difficulties and disabilities the opportunity to gain work related skills which could provide a pathway to further learning.

The Grass Roots Scheme offers adult with learning difficulties and disabilities an opportunity to gain basic knowledge of work ethics through in-house training in a therapeutic environment.

We offer occupational sessions in:

Woodwork

Grounds Maintenance

Arts & Crafts

Painting & Decorating

These sessions are instructed and supervised by up to five members of our experienced staff.

Our in-house training includes learning how to operate safely in the workplace and help to gain work related skills and the opportunity to widen their participation in their local environment through work focused activities.
